Hygiene Policy — Important Notice
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear that has been worn, washed, or removed from its original packaging. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
We encourage you to refer to our size guide or reach out to us if you are unsure about sizing, fit or style. We're here to help you find your perfect match.
We recommend purchasing a single pair if you remain uncertain and offer our customers size replacement (at no additional cost) for a single pair of panties within 14 days of the item arriving.
Refunds
If you received the package but no longer wish to have it. You can request a refund at info@gussetly.com. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is unused and in its original condition
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@gussetly.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include your order number and a photo of the defect.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@gussetly.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items with opened original packaging
- Worn, washed, or tried-on underwear
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
